Limited mobility reserved areas
Individuals with reduced mobility who have a Festival d'été de Québec pass have free access to reserved areas on all sites.
These areas include accessible restrooms, seating, ramps, and hard-surfaced pathways. Beverages and alcoholic drinks are available nearby.
Places are limited → reservations are required.
A general admission pass is mandatory for all attendees, including accompanying companion.
To access the area, please present:
• your Festival d'été de Québec pass
• your mobile ticket confirming your reservation
These areas are reserved for anyone who has difficulty moving through the crowd on a permanent or temporary basis (such as a cast or injury impairing mobility) and who uses a manual or electric wheelchair, tricycle, quadricycle, a multi-legged cane or white cane, crutches, walker, guide dog, or assistance dog (a certificate may be requested).
No later than two weeks before the Festival, your mobile tickets will be automatically added to your customer account.
CANCELLATION RULES
If you are unable to attend a show you have reserved, please inform the box office so your space can be reassigned to another person.
NO PENALTY applies when box office is informed.
After three cancellations WITHOUT notifying the box office, your other reservations until the end of the Festival will be canceled and you will not be able to make a reservation for that zone for the 2027 edition.
