REGISTRATION FORM - LIMITED MOBILITY AREAS

This form allows you to participate in a random selection process to obtain a spot, for you and your companion, in the reserved areas for people with limited mobility.

Please answer the questions below and identify the shows you would like to attend. If you wish, you may make a second choice for another stage in case we cannot accommodate your first choice.

Please note that a random selection will only be made for shows where demand exceeds the number of available spots in the area. Each date is managed independently; there is no advantage to choosing one or more shows.

Only one form is required per person. If you complete more than one form, only the information from the most recent one will be considered.

Reminder - To access the limited mobility area, you will need to present your pass, in addition to the mobile ticket confirming your reservation.

Policy
These areas are reserved for anyone who has difficulty moving through the crowd permanently or temporarily (such as a casted limb or injury affecting mobility) and who moves using a manual or electric wheelchair, tricycle, quadricycle, a multipod cane or white cane, crutches, a walker, a guide or assistance dog (proof may be requested).
